🎮 Children's Privacy

This app is designed for children and complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently received such information, we will delete it immediately.

🔊 Audio Usage

The app uses local audio playback to enhance the user experience. All audio files are bundled within the app and do not involve internet access or external communication.

🎭 Face Data (TrueDepth API / ARKit)

The app uses Apple's ARKit face tracking (TrueDepth camera) solely to animate on-screen animal characters in real time, so they can mirror the child's facial expressions (for example, mouth movement and eyebrow position) during play.

Collection: The app processes facial expression values (ARKit blendshapes) in real time, on the device only. No images, video, depth maps, facial geometry, or biometric identifiers are captured, saved, or recorded.

Storage & retention: Face data is never stored. It exists only in device memory during the live camera session, is used frame by frame to animate the character, and is discarded immediately. Nothing persists after the session ends.

Sharing: Face data never leaves the device. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party, and it is not used for identification, authentication, advertising, or analytics.

Deletion: Because no face data is ever collected or stored, there is nothing to delete.

🎤 Microphone Usage

The app may use the microphone so that animal characters can playfully "answer back" in response to the child's voice. Audio is analyzed in real time, on the device only, to detect volume and pitch. Voice audio is never recorded, stored, or transmitted anywhere, and it is discarded immediately after processing.

🔄 App Permissions

This app may request access to:

• Camera (so the animal characters can mimic your child's facial expressions in real time — nothing is recorded or saved)
• Microphone (so the animal characters can respond to your child's voice — nothing is recorded or saved)
• Audio playback (for sound effects and interaction)

These are used locally on-device and do not transmit data externally. Camera and microphone access are optional and only used for the mimicry play features.
